| The past 32 years at church has been so much fun. From fellowships, to working at the church on many projects - Daddy always did everything perfect. He always wanted God's House to look it's best and to be done right. We had so many laughs and cries. So many saved and taught how to live the right way. Each service since he passed away has been so very hard. But we feel his presence and are carrying on just as he would have wanted us to do. We are bonding together like we never have. He taught us the right way and we are determined to be a shining light in our community as we always have! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

The
Cumberland Baptist Temple We
believe that salvation is the gift of God brought to man by grace and
received by personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, whose precious
blood was shed on Calvary for the forgiveness of our sins We
believe that all the redeemed, once saved, are kept by God's power and
are thus secure in Christ forever We
believe that all the saved should live in such a manner as not to bring
reproach upon their Savior and Lord; and, that separation from all
religious apostasy, all worldly and sinful pleasures, practices and
associations is commanded of God And we will stand for the same God given principles as long as the Lord tarries
The day I took this photo - just a little while after the men finished putting the new steeple up - I had no idea that I would use this photo for my Father's Funeral Service. Placing Daddy's picture up above - is to show that He will always oversee our church and our people - and that He is exactly where he wants to be - in His Father's House! Majesty,
worship his majesty, So
exalt, lift up on high the name of Jesus, |
